These terms govern your use of marketdrip.com (the “Site”), operated by MarketDrip (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Education, not advice

Everything on the Site — the research terminal, game plans, research notes, the live trading group log, valuations, signals, scores and commentary — is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice; a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or asset; or a trade signal. We are not a broker, dealer, investment adviser or fiduciary, and no client or advisory relationship is created by your use of the Site.

Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the loss of your entire capital. Past analysis and past performance — including anything in the live trading group log — are not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Always do your own research and, where appropriate, consult a licensed professional.

2. Market data — no warranty of accuracy

The Site aggregates data from third-party sources (exchanges, data vendors and public statistical agencies). Some of it is delayed, sampled, estimated or modelled, and any of it may be incomplete, inaccurate or interrupted. The Site’s models and composite scores are simplifications built on stated assumptions. Everything is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind — including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Do not rely on the Site as your only source for any decision.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep control of the sign-in method attached to your account. You are responsible for activity that happens under it.
• Accounts are personal. Do not share member access, resell content, or use another person’s membership to unlock gated sections.
• We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, abuses the Site, or attempts to circumvent access controls. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

4. Membership

Members-only content (game plan research notes, the live trading group log and related sections) unlocks for holders of the MarketDrip YouTube membership. Membership is purchased through YouTube and billed by Google under Google’s own terms; pricing, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by YouTube, not by us. Verification on the Site works by linking your Discord account, which must hold the member role in the MarketDrip Discord server. If your membership lapses, gated content locks again — that is expected behaviour, not a fault.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, bulk-download, republish or resell the Site’s content or data feeds.
• Do not attempt to bypass the membership gate, probe, overload or disrupt the Site, or interfere with other users.
• Do not use the Site for anything unlawful, or present our content as personalised investment advice to third parties.

6. Intellectual property

The Site’s content — text, research notes, methodology, design, code and branding — belongs to MarketDrip or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Site for your own non-commercial research and education. Third-party data remains the property of its providers.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading or investment losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site, its data or its content — including losses caused by data errors, delays or outages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to £100.

8. Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party services (YouTube, Discord, TradingView and others). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or terms.

9. Changes to the Site and these terms

The Site evolves: tools, data sources and features may change, be suspended or be withdrawn at any time, including moving features into or out of the free tier. We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction — except that if you are a consumer elsewhere, you keep any mandatory protections and court rights of your home country.
